Swing Riot is a volunteer run community and so is the Dunedin Swing Festival. Each year the Large Events Coordinator from Swing Riot pulls together a team of good hearted, hard working stars to get the festival up and running. This is generally at least an 8 month commitment each year (year round for the Coordinator). So put your hands together for these excellent folk.
